Hospitals in Delhi

Government hospitals in Delhi are going digital, by reducing paperwork, patients can be admitted faster and easier. The plan is to have all government hospitals in Delhi online.

This will make the availability of beds known to patients and help provide better health facilities to the citizens of Delhi.

It has been said that Delhi is the health capital of India and people from all over India and aboard come for advice and treatment.

A spokeswomen for the government said the dedicated professional efforts of their doctors are appreciated and they are just as capable as the doctors in private hospitals. The Chief Minister gave the State Award to over sixty physicians and paramedical staff members. The Chief Minister told officials they must speed up plans to recruit medical personal to overcome shortages in New Delhi Hospitals.

The government has thought of setting up a paramedical council to overcome staff shortages in this department. They are considering how to give training in a number of paramedical subjects. The government is also planning to set up medical stores in hospitals in Delhi to insure availability of genuine medicine at decent prices.

The Chief Minister also said she believes that child care and mother’s health services should be made available and in easy reach; and the current number of resources should be strengthened. For the better management of hospitals the Indian government in Delhi might sit up hospital welfare committees.

In New Delhi people will have to make sure the hospital they go to is accredited if they expect to claim medical insurance; so said Quality Control of India, they will permit only accredited hospitals for providing medical facilities to people covered by medical insurance plans.
